I loved best possible and spectacular location of this hotel.
The hotel was unique, the room was tastefully decorated, the beds were comfortable. Excellent service, although a few employees were incredibly incompetent. The restaurant was lovely for delicious breakfast, I tried delicious dishes.

Fine beach area with super comfy loungers, perfect for sunset views and relaxation. The air conditioning in the second-floor room struggled sometimes, and service from the staff was inconsistent, leading to some less than ideal moments. I greatly enjoyed the mouth-watering Hungarian beef stew at dinner, which stood out as a highlight. It's a beautiful place but be mindful of pricing, as it can be on the higher side for the offerings compared to other local options.

Staff is committed to providing a first rate experience for guests and the setting is lovely. Several young families were also guests and their experiences were quite similar. This is a superb setting with an outstanding staff.
I had to leave!!!!!

A Family-Friendly Retreat on Isla Holbox
We enjoyed our four-night stay, especially the delicious breakfast spread with fresh fruit, and the kids adored the pool area. Eric, the bartender, treated us like family, and the relaxed vibe made our meals a delight. Pro tip, reserve a beachfront spot early for the best views!

The place is so run down and dingy and dirty. We were locked out of our room on the second floor terrace twice late at night and it took us 2 hours to get back in. I wouldn't even step foot in the pool and the towels were ripped and old. It was such a disappointment with the hotel. I would never return or tell anyone to go there.

missingWrote a review on 02 Julhigh prices
The pool, while lovely, was at times crowded, diminishing the tranquil experience I sought. Dining prices were on the higher side, with cocktails costing around $40 and basic coffees priced at $20 for two. Don't expect your ocean view room to be as spacious as the photos lead you to believe. It might disappoint. The air conditioning on the second floor struggled to keep things cool, and noise from nearby areas could be disruptive.

We enjoyed complimentary morning yoga classes and took advantage of bike rentals to explore. Don't miss out on snorkeling. The underwater scenery is unreal. The staff were very good too. The on-site restaurant served tasty meals that we all loved.
